Our Process
Every project that the Hardy Construction team undertakes starts with thorough planning. We make sure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to your needs and dreams for your updated space.
We work with homeowners to design layouts from structural changes to appliances and fittings. Everything we do is mapped back to a budget that is agreed to and adhered to moving forward so there are zero surprises.
From there, Hardy Construction brings your home renovation or home extension to life. We remove and clear the space to prepare for the new design. All piping, wiring, and reframing are completed to building code requirements.
You’ll see your shape as new flooring, cabinetry, storage, counters, windows, and more are installed with attention to detail. Down to the last doorknob, we’ll make sure the space is picture perfect and spotlessly clean for you to enjoy with your family.
